Returns and Exchange policy

Returns & Exchange

 If you wish to exchange a non-defective item, kindly contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@rogueorder.com with the subject line “Exchange” and your order number. Please note that shipping fees will apply for exchanges of non-defective items.

 If you wish to exchange a defective item, kindly contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@rogueorder.com with the subject line “Exchange” and your order number. Shipping fees will be waived in cases of defects.

Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at info@rogueorder.com with the subject line “Return – Defective” or “Return – Non-Defective” along with your order number. If the item is defective, please make sure to attach a clear photo showing the issue.

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 4-6 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that pick up fees will apply for returning non-defective items

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact us at info@rogue-order.com with the subject line "Cancellation" and your order number.

Kindly note that cancellations must be requested before the order has been dispatched.
