Returns and Exchange policy

Returns & Exchange

 If you wish to exchange a non-defective item, kindly contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@rogue-order.com with the subject line “Exchange” and your order number. Please note that shipping fees will apply for exchanges of non-defective items.

If you wish to exchange a defective item, kindly contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@rogue-order.com with the subject line “Exchange” and your order number. Shipping fees will be waived in cases of defects.

We currently don’t accept returns. Your order can be inspected and tried on upon delivery while the courier waits, ensuring everything is in perfect condition before you receive it.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact us at info@rogue-order.com with the subject line "Cancellation" and your order number.

Kindly note that cancellations must be requested before the order has been dispatched, no later than 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
